Introductory remarks on accounting treatment of ERP divestment under IFRS 5
As a reminder, on April 1, 2009 Access Commerce sold its historical ERP integration business — focusing on installing the Microsoft Dynamics AX solution — to the company TVH Consulting. This business's disposal has been accounted for in accordance with IFRS 5: the revenue and expenses from the activity for H1 2009 and H1 2008 have therefore been separated into a caption in the Access Commerce Group's consolidated income statement called "Profit for period from divested operations". The following information is thus presented on a comparable scope.
