Jacques Soumeillan

Since co-founding Cameleon Software in 1987, Jacques Soumeillan has led the organization on its mission to deliver to its customers innovative software solutions to empower the marketing teams to reduce time-to-market for products and services that require advanced personalization ; and sales teams to improve their performance by reducing the quote-to-order cycle. Prior to Cameleon Software, Jacques held various sales executives positions at Hewlett Packard. Jacques earned a MS of Engineering from ENSEEIHT in France.
Françoise Asparre

Françoise Asparre is a co-founder of Cameleon Software and manages professional services and customer support globally. Prior to this, Françoise held high-end positions in sales at Rank Xerox and Hewlett-Packard. She is a renowned French Business School graduate.
Thibault de Bouville

CFO
Thibault de Bouville has managed Cameleon Software finances since 2000. He drives the company financial strategy and oversees the administrative and human resources departments. Thibault began his professional career at Arthur Andersen, and continued on to Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for auditing, due diligence and other strategic assignments regarding publicly traded companies. He has a PhD in Finance from the University of Paris IX-Dauphine.
Amélie Faure

In 2004 Amélie Faure was appointed CEO of Intercim Europe, a developer of Enterprise Manufacturing Intelligence software that is used to analyze, extract, apply, monitor, and share best operational practices in conjunction with system and process optimization software for complicated industrial operations. Amélie helped integrate Pertinence into Intercim following their merger. In 1990 Amélie co-founded GénériX, a developer of sales, logistics, and finance management software; she oversaw sales and marketing at GénériX until 1999. From 1999 to 2001 Amélie served as the Vice President of Southern Europe for Augeo Software, a developer of Professional Services Automation software, where she helped restructure and turn around the company. Amélie has an Agricultural Engineering Degree from the Paris-Grignon National Agricultural Institute,
Philippe Gaillard

Philippe Gaillard, Chairman of the Advisory Board, is CEO of Supporter, a customer support company, with operations in France and Spain, and chairman of Neocase, a customer service software vendor. Prior to these commitments, Philippe was CEO of GM Technologies, a telecommunication service provider. Philippe contributes more than 20 years of expertise in complementary industry segments and will provide Cameleon Software with assistance and guidance to greater develop a growth strategy.
Mike Sutton
Independent administrator
An electronic engineer and graduate of Manchester University, for the past five years Mike has held the position of Vice President of Mapics Inc, where he was notably responsible for the EMEA region. Prior to that he spent twenty years with the IBM Group, where he occupied various positions of responsibility within Research and Development and as Sales Manager, both in the USA and Europe. Currently living in the Southwest region of France, Mike has accepted to join Cameleon Software’s Board of Directors to share his know-how of the software industry and his experience of business development in Europe and the USA.
