Since co-founding Cameleon Software in 1987, Jacques Soumeillan has led the organization on its mission to deliver to its customers innovative software solutions to empower the marketing teams to reduce time-to-market for products and services that require advanced personalization ; and sales teams to improve their performance by reducing the quote-to-order cycle. Prior to Cameleon Software, Jacques held various sales executives positions at Hewlett Packard. Jacques earned a MS of Engineering from ENSEEIHT in France.

Françoise Asparre

Françoise Asparre is a co-founder of Cameleon Software and manages professional services and customer support globally. Prior to this, Françoise held high-end positions in sales at Rank Xerox and Hewlett-Packard. She is a renowned French Business School graduate.

Thibault de Bouville

CFO
Administrator

Thibault de Bouville has managed Cameleon Software finances since 2000. He drives the company financial strategy and oversees the administrative and human resources departments. Thibault began his professional career at Arthur Andersen, and continued on to Ernst & Young, where he was responsible for auditing, due diligence and other strategic assignments regarding publicly traded companies. He has a PhD in Finance from the University of Paris IX-Dauphine.

Jérôme Amilhastre

Head of Cameleon R&D

Holder of a PhD in IT and Artificial Intelligence from the University of Montpellier II, Jérôme is specialized in constraint programming algorithms. He has been in charge of the team developing the Cameleon configuration engine since 1999 and he took over the Cameleon R&D teams in 2006.

Lionel Chapurlat

VP Alliances & Business Development

Head of Alliances & Business Development at Cameleon Software since 2010 after 4 years in charge of communication and marketing worldwide, as well as business development, in particular for international markets. With ten years’ experience working for Infor/Mapics in France and USA in sales and marketing positions, he has developed a strong expertise in international business development for the software industry. Lionel is a graduate of ENSERG.

Matthieu Chouard

VP Sales Worlwide

Matthieu Chouard, 47 years old, an economics and management graduate from University Paris II Assas and an architectural graduate from the Ecole Supérieure des Beaux Arts Paris, began his career in 1990 at Sony Microsystems. He joined Computervision in 1992, Sybase in 1995 and became Sales Director of Netscape in 1997. In 2000, he helped found and develop Netonomy, a specialist in CRM solutions for the telecommunications industry. In 2002, as General Manager Southern Europe, Matthieu Chouard played a role in the strong growth in sales at the Canadian publisher OpenText Corporation. Prior to joining Cameleon Software in 2009, he had been General Manager Southern Europe at Planview, a project portfolio management solutions provider, since 2006.

Sylvie Rougé

Senior Vice President Product Marketing

Prior to joining Cameleon Software in 1988, Sylvie Rougé began her career in industry, following her University education, with the design and development of sales assistance software. In the early 1990s she became responsible for the development of the Cameleon software suite. Today, Sylvie manages product marketing, including customer and market driven processes, to lead and coordinate the Cameleon solution design and direction.
